I had carpal tunnel of my right wrist and it was incredibly painful at its peak. It affected my entire arm and my shoulder. It was found by Ania, that my shoulder muscles were very knotted and this was causing the nerves in my arm down to my fingers, to be compressed. The pain and sleepless nights were horrible!. I have had thirteen incredible messages by Ania and my arm/wrist problem has gone. I go now, just to be softened-up and feel great for the week ahead--and to have a great chat with her.
