I've been wanting to try reflexology for a while and I'm now so glad that I have. Josie has been fantastic, she's very knowledgeable and was able to pick up on numerous things within my body throughout the session - you can tell she does this for the love of helping others, she's very friendly and warm and takes a real interest and concern in trying to understand your body, I can't wait for my next session!
