I've had three sessions of accuptunture now and every time I come away incredibly relaxed and recharged. Nicole puts a lot of time and thought into each session and I feel really safe in her hands. Would definitely recommend!

Had my first post-lockdown massage with Lucy - and what a great experience. She was very attentive throughout - listening to where I needed the massage focused and suggesting ways to help me in-between massages. The massage itself was wonderful - perfect pressure, a combination of relaxation and tension relief - and I felt like a completely new person afterwards! Booked again for next week.

Noticeably improved my knee and my wellbeing thank you. Knee has moved to more of an ache, instead of pain, and i now have increased mobility/flexibility of ankle and can get that knee flatter at the back if that makes sense. So lovely, thanks. The little below the knee seeds stayed in place for 3 or 4 days too. Overall I feel I really benefited from this acupuncture treatment and was pleased that I remembered how well it worked previously, for a different issue, so thank you.

I was given a voucher as a birthday treat and not having had a massage before I didn’t know what to expect . Helen was lovely and discussed my health issues before the massage and gave me excellent advice on managing my ongoing arthritic problems .
The assistants in the shop were super helpful too. I’d thoroughly recommend you try Helen and Neals Yard
