Lovely relaxing massage after a discussion about what I wanted from the session. Also gave some stretches/exercises to help with problem areas. Would happily recommend.

Lovely relaxing and balancing massage which is what I asked for. I left feeling rejuvenated and energised. Lucy makes you feel very relaxed and has a lovely aura! Just what you need at the moment...a lovely bit of feel good therapy.
