Feels less cosy/lacks soft blankets etc (due to covid) than it has previously. But felt normal other than that. The therapist was incredible and attentive. Clearly knowledgable and took into account my preferences. Brilliant experience as always. Couldn’t utilise post-treatment discount as the shop was closed?
