I have been coming for massage treatments at Neal's yard since April this year and have regular massage by Bridget to help manage my autoimmune condition and general wellbeing. Bridget is always so friendly and welcoming and after the first session she gave me some really helpful exercises to improve my posture to prevent back pain. These have really helped and I've noticed a great improvement with my posture. I highly recommend both the deep tissue massage and the Swedish massage (one hour massage)
