Great deep tissue massage with Dr Raghav. He ensured that despite the room being small, there was a great ambience. He was knowledgeable, tailored the treatment to me, used fantastic oils for the massage, and provided me with a few exercises to follow up with subsequently. His knowledge of medicine and alternative therapy also ensured he could answer any questions I had.

Did a detox Panchakarma session at Baliga Ayurveda. Very effective method to clean the body inside-out. Along with very relaxing and cleansing Shirodhara, Nasya, Hot bags and Abhyanga massages.
