The masseur is a professional Ayuveda, practicioner/therapist, I read the other reviews, and visited the Baliga Ayurveda website, which provided a lot of information about the masseurs training and experience. The promotional offer, good reviews and the masseur’s extensive training and knowledge persuaded me to book an appointment. Having read the other reviews I was prepared for there being no facilities, I wouldn’t agree the room is that small, it is fit for purpose, masseur uses sanitiser as there is no running water. As I was interested in the massage, my experience at Beliga Ayurveda was very good. The masseur was true to his word and tailored my massage to my individual needs, we made good conversation during the massage and the masseur is an intelligent young man, and his knowledge of anatomy is reflected in his massage technique, which is influenced by his experience detailed on his website.
