The massage itself was fantastic and skilful. I felt very relaxed and both my face and my body are a lot less sore. The products used smelled amazing. The venue is quite small and not quite a spa ambience which is fine for me but take note in case you’re buying a gift for a special occasion.

Very good massage - helped with the tension in my shoulders. I would go back for a deep tissue massage. Ambience of the space is not spa like in my opinion but the massage is good.

I hadn't experienced Ayurvedic consultation before so I wasn't expecting much, to be honest. But I came away a true believer. His treatment room seems quite small at first, but it's warmth and gentle lighting were ideal. The doctor was so calm and knowledgeable and took the time to carefully document my history. I have 2 pre-existing conditions which he made a connection between that I never considered before (nor had any other NHS clinician I have seen) and I have felt so much better each day. Do yourself a favour: book an appointment and improve your life!
