Amazing massage. I went in with a lot of lower back and shoulder pain due to a dance rehearsal. The masseuse spoke to me about the pain, while starting to massage and then tailored my massage to be what I needed, focusing on the areas where I had pain, using heated oil to help. The massage completely sorted out the pain in my lower back but my shoulders were very tense and would have needed more time. He also gave tips for how to help my pain post massage. The room is in an office building so it can be a bit noisy but efforts are made to make it relaxing - a candle and music.

I've just walked out from the massage and are very unhappy about it.
The quality of the massage was poor - my humble opinion but I had many massages to compare with. It was supposed to be deep tissue but, with the exception of some rare moments, it seemed that I was just rubbed with a lot of oil with no pressure at all - not even a relaxing massage, it seemed the masseur was spreading oil, that's it. In addition, at the end of the massage, he dried all the oil that I've been rubbed with in a rough way.
I was asked whether I also wanted a head massage, I answered that i just got a shower and didn't want to have to wash my hair again, therefore better not to; he goes "I'll do it without oil", I say "so fine" and basically he starts drying his oily hands on my hairs and then starts the massage!!! (beside, again, massage was not good at all compared to recent head massages). Obviously, I needed to have another shower.
Last but not least, I know that sometimes masseurs require you to wear slips; I was wearing boxer, my fault - but that was the first time the masseur turned a boxer into a thong. I prefer not to comment further on this...
Overall, bad experience, I left the saloon not relaxed at all and annoyed of having paid for that.
On top of not being happy with the masseur, I would like to add that i'm deeply unsatisfied with Treatwell. I based my selection on the reviews posted on your website, where the saloon scores 4.6 stars!!! The service provided was very far from that excellence and if i wasn't considering that the masseur, despite I didn’t like his massage, has been a kind person, I would give 2 stars max!
