Dee put me at ease and explained to procedure clearly and concisely.. offered myself and my partner a drink while i filled out the forms and for the numbing cream to take effect. I found Dee to be very professional and caring throughout and asked me during the microblading if i was ok or feeling any discomfort .. really happy with the overall experience and results
