Dee was amazing, she spent nearly an hour plotting my brow shape and frequently asked if it was ok, she also consulted me on the colour choice, explaining her decision.
I was asked many times if my numbing cream was still working.
The whole process was over 2 hours which shows her attention to detail.
I was also advised on aftercare and sent me the sheets via my phone which was so good for me to reference later.
I will be booking in for my touch up in 6 weeks!

The safety precautions are excellent. Temperature taken on arrival and sanitizer easily accessible with all staff wearing masks and visors. Very friendly atmosphere and haircut was superb. Couldn't have been better.
