The whole experience was very disorganised, the lady who was doing my treatment kept leaving the room then having to wait 10mins for the steamer to heat!To then be told once it started they haven’t got the collagen facial in that I specifically went for! The room was freezing.was so noisy people walking past slamming doors(must be the staff room next door) then once I’d got home to realise the therapist who was meant to do my treatment Dee hadn’t, and was massage therapist who doesn’t do facials
