I booked in last minute due to a really poor experience elsewhere that I was trying to get corrected before a holiday. I was so lucky to get an appointment with Leslie, who instantly knew what to do to correct the awful colour I'd been given. Leslie was professional, clearly very experienced and empathetic to the awful experience I'd had the day before. I can't thank her enough for somehow managing to make an awful grey-brown blonde again. I will certainly be coming back. Thank you Leslie!
