Louise was recommended and I wasn’t disappointed! She was friendly, made me feel I was sat with a friend! When washing, she was so gentle and the head massage was like nothing else! Louise listened when I explained what look I wanted. The finish was exactly what I had in my head which has never been done before! I have definitely found my permanent hairdresser thank you Louise
