It was my first time in the Bali room. Everyone was incredibly friendly. As you come up the stairs you are greeted by staff who are all warm and friendly. I then met Dee G who was doing my eyebrows and took me to a separate room which was playing spa music. Dee G herself is lovely and friendly. The entire place was flawless and hygienic. I will be coming here frequently.
