Unfortunately I won’t be back here, which is a shame. This is no reflection upon the kindness of the staff, but my appointment was almost an hour late. It was during the heatwave and there was no air con so it was a struggle for all, I felt sorry for the staff. The sweet receptionist offered a complimentary voucher or eyebrow thread, which I gladly accepted to kill a bit of time, and the lady plus the service were great. Sounds like it’s frequent here, maybe some improved management would help!
