Went here cause my normal wax girl is on holiday. Unfortunately won’t be back. Not the cleanest wax I have had and then there was confusion around the service I was given. They used the wrong wax and then made me pay an extra £13. They were going to charge me an extra £22 until I showed them the pricing that were listed on Treatwell. A bummer to be honest.

My experience was great. What was great about it was the fact that I was told in the beginning what products they will be using. Also, I was asked what I wanted to focus on which they did.
