The massage was terrible. I wasn’t even sure if the masseuse knew what he was doing as I have regular massages with my masseuse in New Zealand and her technique is exceptional. I communicated my displeasure to the masseuse and asked for the price to be discounted but he was not accommodating. Is this something you can assist with?

This was my first time at Balham Beauty Clinic. I had a cleansing facial by beautician, Mita. She talked me through every step of the facial. I felt relaxed and my skin looks shiny and is in great condition after the facial. I will definitely visit the clinic again!
