I’ve been a customer for few months, unfortunately standards have consistently tanked. The nail technician is always rushing through the appointment, she does not accept criticism and she disregards requests/suggestions. It was all very uncomfortable! In addition, she charged more money for dubious reasons. Surely will not book again. Disappointing!
