I came for the wax but she didn’t complete the job, charged me extra £7 for ‘sensitive wax’ didn’t even complete the job or fully clear the hairs there was a lot left.I did tell her it was t first time but I held the pain very well. She also didn’t do the behind. I had to hop the next day for her to complete job after speaking to a friend about my experience.I asked her why didn’t she complete it and she said because it’s my first time she thought I wouldn’t want it. She still charged full
