The massage was very hard however I enjoyed it. I paid for an hour and half but the massage was only an hour. The lady on reception said this to another member of staff and she said that the system was wrong and it wasn’t an hour and a half on an hour - which is not acceptable when I’d paid the extra money on Treatwell.
