This was my first ever wax, I was anxious about the pain as I had heard that waxing was horrible. I had the wonderful Sou who helped me so much, she was gentle and explained every step of the process! I definitely recommend 11/10 & will be returning!

This was my first time at Balayage Salon. Hind was friendly, honest, and professional, and did an excellent job of threading my face/waxing my chin area. I had previously been burned by a facial wax elsewhere, so I was extremely wary of allowing anyone to wax any part of my face again. However, Hind did an excellent job, and my skin had no reaction whatsoever.It's so important to be able to trust a beautician in such circumstances, so I will certainly return to Hind, and recommend her skills.
