A lovely lady did my treatments, she was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable having brazilian wax for the first time prior to my wedding. I also did my eyebrows which was excellent.

Therapist was lovely, however i made it clear at the start that warm wax on hollywood was not a good idea as im sensitive however she insisted that it was ok. This morning when looking at the area waxed my skin has ripped off and i am very very sore as you can imagine. Leg wax was ok although many hairs missed
