Treatment: Hollywood hot wax (what I paid for at least). The wax itself was average at best, big areas missed, painful waxing technique (she started in the middle ..!) and apart from the initial wax in the middle, basically tried to use strip wax for the rest. I rung a few days later to try remedy before leaving this review, Sou was away and would be for the next week, fine, but it's been 3wks and no call back. Not impressed with the crap mostly strip wax and no attempt to contact me to fix

When I arrived the reception was really off I almost walked out as it was like why have you come sou has other clients but I also have an appointment. Then sou comes out asking where and when did I book not really sure why that matters if the system shows an appointment but apparently it was my appointment was double booked with bounce which sou works out so ouch not really convenient for her or customers because someone has to wait.
