Beautiful cut by Esma, who took her time and listened carefully to requests and suggested alternatives. A friendly, skilled and patient stylist, she was even willing to help teach my teenaged daughter to achieve a soft curl with her straighteners!

had a brilliant cut with beautiful Sou who accommodated me on a last minute booking in between two other clients. Had wash, cut and blow dry in under 40 mins and got some great hair care tips thrown in too, thank you <3

Sou showed up 20min late, led us into the salon that wasn’t cleaned after her previous client. She didn’t wash her hands before piercing my daughter’s ears, she simply put on non-sterile gloves. She had these gloves on while she was fiddling with the gun and new studs. The gun was broken and caused tremendous pain as she was trying to release my daughter’s ear from it. She even tried to pierce the same spot twice with the gun to ensure that the hole was sufficient. Unbelievable.
