When I arrived the reception was really off I almost walked out as it was like why have you come sou has other clients but I also have an appointment. Then sou comes out asking where and when did I book not really sure why that matters if the system shows an appointment but apparently it was my appointment was double booked with bounce which sou works out so ouch not really convenient for her or customers because someone has to wait.

Booked on treatwell at just gone 3pm for a 3:45 time slot but then received a telephone call from the salon to come at 3:30 Arrived and told to take a seat to witness the receptionist arguing with a stylist with the stylist telling her "don't tell me how to do my job" as she was washing another clients hair. Sat there for 20 minutes then another stylist turned up to do my hair, after my wash she said "where's my sissors?" for her to start arguing with the other stylist who had used them
