She was lovely and friendly and a good atmosphere but the haircut was one of the worst I’ve ever had sadly. It was rushed and not at all what I asked for. My housemate said it looked “hacked at” and had to soften bits that looked to chunky. I hate writing bad reviews but equally I wanted to come out happy and don’t want that to happen to someone else.

Niece made to feel uncomfortable lady said she has a big face so she shouldn’t get any layers.. cut her hair straight.. to a 11 year old child by the way.. proceeded to cut her hair in around 3 minutes just brushed it to the back cut it in a straight/wonky line.. and then disappeared in to the back.. price was originally £25 then got charged a extra £10 for a blow dry which was just a ruff dry I wasn’t going to allow my niece to walk out in the freezing cold with wet hair.
