I had a bad experience at the last hairdresser I went to, so I read a lot of reviews before deciding where to go. I was not disappointed. Juliana really does listen to what you want - even advising me against a treatment I didn’t need. She was friendly and warm, without chattering away non-stop (sometimes I just went to read my magazine!) and very knowledgeable and professional.
I was delighted with the the results of my first Balayage and I’ll most definitely be returning and recommending her to others.

I had my treatment by a lovely lady who made sure it was as painless as possible. I loved being offered baby wipes at the beginning and the waxing was done in a flash. However would have preferred to have had the beautician take the remaining wax off herself at the end as it’s tricky to do myself and was left with a few hairs on the inner bits. Overall though the service, venue and value was spot on and I’d come again! Thank you
