Kept me waiting for 45 mins before being seen.
The first attempt at my root colour was orange. Apparently, they had a new range of colour in and they were "learning each colour from scratch"
The second attempt was better but not perfect.
Paid for a blow dry but left the salon with soaking wet hair as I had been there for hours and was running late. The stylist had another person in the chair next to me and another person waiting in reception.

I saw Bernie. I had been traumatised by previous salon visits and had been cutting my own hair (very very long) she was AMAZING. She did mine and my mums hair. Mine very long and my mums very short. Both of our styles looked amazing and my colour was wonderful. So glad I’ve found somewhere I can return to regularly. My mum is switching to this salon also! Top marks Bernie xx
