I was initially quite anxious as when I arrived at the salon I was told that they were closed for renovations and asked me to go to a sister salon 5 mins drive away. It would have been good if someone could have contacted me to let me know about this in advance. Especially as I attended the salon 2 days before for a patch test. However once at the alternative salon, Bernie who did my hair was amazing. She took on board everything I said and really made an effort to do things properly. I'm really pleased with the end result but feel a bit more could have been done to enhance the experience. I was given £5 off the total price which was greatly appreciated but I was there for 5 hrs in total and was only offered 1 cup of coffee.
