Sadly a costly experience - financially and emotionally - and wouldn’t recommend. The salon is also cash-only which they didn’t tell me until the end of my appt which was a bit disconcerting not to mention inconvenient having to go out and withdraw £150+ from a nearby cash machine. I didn’t feel confident in my hairdresser, Barrie, who was perhaps very junior and nervous, and left with “orange” (her words, not just mine) streaks in my dark brunette hair despite clear instructions in terms of what colour I was aiming for. After 3.5 painful hours there on a Saturday evening, I had to request to return the next day for more toner, and ended up spending another couple of hours in the chair on Sunday. Her colleague ended up taking over and tried to convince me it looked good and that I just needed to “get used to it” but in the end I went to a well-known chain of hairdressers and got it properly sorted so massively out of pocket. Unhappy customer and won’t be returning
A lovely experience with Anna! She was polite and friendly and the whole experience flew by - did not feel like 2.5 hours! It was a nice buzz in the salon too and all the staff were lovely and welcoming. A very happy customer!
