Sadly not a great experience at all. After them running half an hour late (which I understand sometimes can't be helped), I was led into a back room which was like a storage closet and was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The beautician filled the foot tub up with the kettle whilst I was sat in the chair and the hot water splashed on my feet. She then started the pedicure which was quite frankly painful, rushed and the end result was really poor. She has filed away the skin either side of my nails which has caused it to bleed, and failed to properly scrub the soles of my feet leaving them not dissimilar to how they were when I entered. Overall a very poor experience.
Pedicure
Clean and relaxed setting. The wax was good, but not very thorough.
