Hair cut was alright & nice woman doing the hair wash with a great head massage but I had to take paracetamol after for a headache and had a sore neck the following day from having my head yanked around when blow drying. Sounds ridiculous, but true.

Worst experience of my life, jumping from one customer to another, left dye in my hair for 1.5h, did not listen what i wanted at all. When washing hair splashed on my face non stop.

I asked for threading below my eyebrows only. She completely disregarded this and did so much threading above my eyebrows. She took a chunk out of my eyebrow at the top. She was also 15 minutes late.

always a good experience at Balayage. I have a short bob that I trust Sou to cut every 3-4 months. it's always executed well, so the upkeep is then low maintenance for me. that's why I have been returning to the salon for years now & will continue to do so
