Hadn’t realised it was cash only but easily resolved at the cash point next door. Wax was very very hot and had to ask for it to be cooled down. Happy overall though.

I feel very ripped off. I arrived on time for my appointment at 11.15 to be told they'd be with me shortly. At 11.40 I politely asked when I could expect to be seen, roughly. The stylist told me it would be a few minutes. She seemed very stressed as they were overbooked but that's not my problem and they should sort out their booking system. My appointment started half an hour late, at 11.45, and by 11.55 she had washed my hair and cut it. I had previously mentioned that I usually wear my hair curly with sea salt spray so she tried to make my appointment even shorter by asking if I would like sea salt spray only. I said yes but then asked if I could have a discount as only a third of the appointment time had been used which she refused as apparently it's always the same price. I said in that case I would have it blow dried and I also realised I should see how it actually looks. She very quickly blow dried it. By this point it was extremely tense and I felt really awkward. The haircut is not great, she didn't retain the layers I already had very well so it doesn't go as curly as usual. Terrible service...
