upon entry I was worried I was too early luckily I was seen straight away. absolutely perfect service, and perfect results too. wonderful process, as technician knew exactly what she was doing so there wasn't any time wasted. Mariella is really lovely and you can tell she takes pride in the service she provides even gave me a handy tip on how to file my nails. will be visiting again.

Last time I came this was a really good keratin blow dry but unfortunately on my second visit I was really disappointed. My hair has now got a really weird, frizzy and dry texture. Very disappointed
