I ve had a very good experience before but this time it felt a bit rushed and I wasn't 100% happy with the colour. Last time the toner appointment was 1 hour but this time the whole appointment was over in less than 40 min. The first time the hairdresser applied the toner carefully with a brush but this time it was only a quick wash - not sure if it is always this way but I was much happier with the rest on my first appointment.
