I thought this was the perfect treatment for the cost - the venue was clean and simple, a nice casual friendly atmosphere and I got the haircut I was hoping for. No frills, but nothing negative to say either! Great value, will definitely be going back.

Not having a concrete price for services really gets on my nerves. When you go to pay you should know how much the total is - instead of getting a surprise. There was a promotion going at balayage for the treatment and cut promo (poster on the window) that they didn’t seem to know anything about. I got the feeling that they wanted me to not have noticed it. Please be more transparent with you customers. It will build better trust and loyalty.
