The salon was empty apart from one customer out the back having a beauty treatment, so it was very calm and quiet - not a bad thing. Now, Sou was not very talkative which is okay as I'm not either, but she kept huffing puffing like she didn't want to be there and the appointment felt very rushed. My hair was washed, cut and dried within half an hour (I have long hair) and you can tell. My curtain fringe is great, but the layers are truly awful and it looks like steps have been cut into my hair.

Got exactly what I asked for in great time, my hair feels lovely and soft even after the bleaching, got the exact colour I wanted after the toner. Overall great, will definitely book again!

I got a perm for the first time and Leanne was really lovely and explained the process well and also gave me good information about what to expect in terms of aftercare (the three days after the treatment can be quite difficult as your hair goes so big!).
I'm really pleased with how it's turned out and felt really well looked after and it was so reasonably priced for the style that I got.
