Booked through Treatwell, only to come in to the salon and find out they aren’t taking Treatwell customers so instead of the £25 I’d already paid I had to pay an extra £10. I was extremely surprised that they were asking me for £10 extra and not letting me have that one cut for £25, I was obviously desperate after the lockdown so went with it, but poor show on customer service. Won’t be going back.
