This was the worst treatment I’ve had. The therapist was rushed, abrupt and haphazardly applied the wax leaving a trail of wax across my top to the pot. On removing the wax she couldn’t seem to grip the wax which led to pulling it very incrementally. Having removed most of the hair, (more than the usual to tweezer) she started using the tweezer. She caught my skin in a very sensitive area. On applying cream she rubbed it on in a way which felt unprofessional. I would like a refund.

Karina was absolutely lovely, I felt completely at ease, I was pleased to see she was wearing a mask (despite the heatwave) and she did a fantastic job.

Leanne did such a great job fixing my post lockdown hair ! You can tell right away she knows what works best and I was super happy with the results - thank you so much!! xx This was my second time in the salon and I could not recommend it highly enough to anyone! Friendly, professional staff and lovely place all together, will definitely be coming back xx
