The salon was lovely and so were the stylists but the treatment didn’t make the cut and neither did the head massage. It wasn’t done for 10 minutes and when it comes to the treatment I really was under the impression that my hair would be blown dry but today I now know that blown dry in this particular salon just means a rough dry which should’ve been described better as I’ve always thought of blowdry as an actual blowdry with a brush. Not satisfied

Karina was great! She did an amazing wax and it was pretty pain free. Loved her 'well done' encouragement everytime she pulled a strip. What a great therapist!
