No one greeted me when I arrived. The stylist approached me she didn’t introduce herself, she just said “Haircut?”. She then cut my hair in 12 mins - twelve! When she finished she just started sweeping, no conversation whatsoever - I don’t need to be best friends, but at least be friendly When I went to leave the receptionist offered me a loyalty card and I almost laughed. I’m never going back, I actually want a refund. My hair isn’t even cut evenly! AVOID THIS PLACE
