I got a phone call in morning to see if I could come earlier. Which was fine as worked better for me.
Booked in for hair apt for haircut and split end machine apt. I was booked in with Julia but when I arrived, I was seen by another lady. Would of been nice to have been told Julia couldn’t do the appointment that day.
Overall the lady who did do my hair, did it nice and was very friendly.

I only had a basic cut but the hair dresser was very friendly and took her time. I was happy with the result.

I've wanted a change for ages but have been nervous to do anything after a bad experience with colour treatment a few years ago. Took the plunge and so pleased I did - the end result was just what I wanted and looks gorgeous. I love it!
