Poor ambiance. The hairdresser showed no enthusiasm in doing her job, she did not listen to my explanations or questions, constantly interrupting me before i could even finish my sentence.
Before even starting the hair treatment, she proposed to sell some shampoo...Very awkward " savoir faire".
For the keratin treatment, it is too early to say if it is good.
