My two main points pre treatment were: gradual colour blend and not orange. However the treatment was more like highlights where the same colour is applied right up to the roots so it’ll look bad when it grows out. And the colour is brassy. It was noted that I was not pleased with the result but no solution was given (apparently to the roots is now the fashion). I paid £220 for the pleasure. Now I’ll have to finance the fix elsewhere. Haircut the previous week was good (aside from a 30 min wait)

I got a phone call in morning to see if I could come earlier. Which was fine as worked better for me.
Booked in for hair apt for haircut and split end machine apt. I was booked in with Julia but when I arrived, I was seen by another lady. Would of been nice to have been told Julia couldn’t do the appointment that day.
Overall the lady who did do my hair, did it nice and was very friendly.
