Esma was kind, very gentle and patient with my 8 year old granddaughter who was at her first ever salon visit. She was a bit nervous but Esma chatted to her quietly and that relaxed her.

Esma cut and coloured my hair today for the first time and has done a terrific job. I have fine hair that only looks good if it is cut really well and Esma has given me a perfect Bob. The highlights and colour are also spot on. I would recommend Esma highly.

Karina did an incredible job! She also helped me decide on the perfect shade rather than rush me into choosing the right colour, which I really appreciated! Would highly recommend Balayage and Karina.

Good haircut, quick and efficient. Hair wash area was a bit dirty though, the basins had previous shampoo residue in the sinks, and then there was hair on the floor in the salon around the chairs and stuck to the walls!
