Juliana listened to my concerns and knew exactly what to do. She did not try to push me one way or another, and did not try to straighten my hair either - instead gave it a naturally curly blow dry to make sure the everyday shape will be exactly right. She was very nice and focused on giving me the best possible hair outcome.
