I sadly had a bad experience getting my nails done here. I’d booked in for a manicure & explained to her that my hands were quite sore & damaged & needed extra care. The way she removed my gels was so rough, I had to pull my hands away a few times. I ended up not letting her put the gel on as I didn’t trust her to do it well.

I had such a great experience with my eyelash and threading treatment today. Sou was professional, gentle, and really knew what she was doing. My lashes look amazing and my brows are perfectly tinted. Highly recommend.
