Juliana was bleaching my hair and had another customer there for a blow dry. I asked if my hair was burning and she said it was all ok. She left the bleach on in my hair for over and hour before washing out and upon coming back home it was still burning, after a closer inspection I found burn marks on the top of my scalp. This never happened to me before, i had to do so many treatments since to restore my scalp and hair texture. The colour was good but not worth the burn.
