Hairdresser was great and did a lovely cut but receptionist was so rude and made my experience very unenjoyable. She continually ranted at me and glared at me through the mirror when I was getting my haircut accusing me of arriving for my appointment too early. I’ve been to this salon before and have always found all hairdressers and beauty therapists lovely and friendly. The new receptionist made this experience far from pleasant, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and harassed
