Karina as a therapist is absolutely amazing. Very professional, skilled and at the same time friendly. She is amazing.
The thing I would recommend the salon is to train their staff on how to use the booking system. Every time there is an issue with the booking. This time the lady was quiet abrupt with me. When I said she was not helpful and asked for her name she changed her tone. Train your staff better to attract clients not put them off booking.
Also why cash only. Why not card payment
